We are privileged to present one of Australia’s foremost celebrity cooks, Kumar Pereira, from Masterchef series 3, as he takes us on a ‘Culinary Journey’ to Sri Lanka without even needing a passport.

This will be an up close and personal demonstration class featuring the now famous Hopper Kadé, Sri Lanka’s street food answer to the pancake and also Kumar’s signature dish, Crispy fried chicken & spiced tamarind sauce. 

You will enjoy a sumptuous lunch with matching wine, surrounded by a rainforest escarpment, whilst overlooking the stunning Shoalhaven River and Coolangatta Mountain.

When: Saturday, March 18

From 10.30 am – 2.30pm

Where:  Private Jaspers Brush property under the rainforest escarpment overlooking Coolangatta Mountain and the Shoalhaven river. (Address will be supplied prior to class )
